- The worker has been engaged in construction work for at least 90 days during the previous year
- The application must be submitted in the prescribed format along with supporting documents and the prescribed registration fee. Once the application is verified and approved, the worker is registered as a beneficiary of the Welfare Board.
- If an application is rejected, the worker has the right to appeal within the specified time period.

- Age proof or self-declaration if unavailable
- Address proof such as Aadhaar card

- Employer certificate confirming at least 90 days of construction work

Register in Online portal using their personal Details and Contact Details and login into the portal
After logging into the web portal, the applicant shall fill the common application form and add a unit and then shall need to click on apply for Permissions/ NOC's/ License option and select the unit and select Registration under The Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1996

BOCW Smart Card is a certified SCOSTA Card used as per the several eGovernance policies laid down by Government of India. The Smart Card is printed with all the basic details of the Labor and several other vital details are stored in the Chip embedded on the Card.
